Position: Waterproofing Supervisor
Location:Rohini Delhi (Reporting Location)
Project Locations: Across Delhi NCR
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Travel Allowance (TA)
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise waterproofing works at multiple project sites across Delhi NCR.
- Ensure proper execution of waterproofing systems, membranes, coatings, grouting, and sealing applications.
- Monitor labor teams and contractors for quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and site engineers.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage material utilization and site documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Waterproofing Agency/Waterproofing Company (Mandatory)
- Candidates with only general construction supervision experience will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing applications, coatings, membranes, grouting, and related site activities.
- Ability to handle multiple project sites independently.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Own bike is compulsory for site visits across Delhi NCR.
- Valid Driving License preferred.

- Terrace waterproofing
- Basement waterproofing
- Injection grouting
- APP membrane applications
- Cementitious and PU waterproofing systems
- Expansion joint and sealing treatments
